ORDERS & DELIVERY
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched we will send you an email confirming your order along with a Courier tracking code. You'll be able to track the order online so you'll know when you'll be getting your new sandals. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
No doubt you'll be excited about receiving your Lovelee's & we'll aim to get them to you as soon as we can. Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days from confirmation of order. Goods are delivered Monday - Friday.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
Do you exchange or refund? 
If you aren’t happy with the size or style of your purchase, we'll happily offer you an Exchange or Refund on your sandals. Exchange must be within 14 days from the date you receive your order and sandals must be unworn and in their original condition with tags still attached. 

**Please note we do not Refund or Exchange Sale items so please choose carefully.** 

Where do I send them back to? 
We have two Warehouse locations so please contact us for delivery address.

SIZING 
Our shoes are labelled with European sizing, and we recommend a snug fit to start with as they will give a little bit due to the nature of the leather. Most people choose their usual European size.

Do you have a store? I would like to try them on. 
Unfortunately we don't have a store at this point in time, but you can purchase a pair of these beauties on our website or from one of our Lovelee Soles Stockists.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
What are Lovelee Soles made of?
All our sandals are made with a quality leather inner and upper. The Glitters & Print are also leather but have an additional layer of material applied over the top to get the desired effect. The soles are made from a lightweight rubber.  

Where are they made?
Each sandal is an authentic Spanish sandal & has been handmade on the Island of Menorca, Spain. Each sandal comes with a "Made in Spain" stamp so you know that you have the real thing.
