Shipping within NZ
- Free shipping for all NZ orders over $100. $5 shipping up to $100.
- Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days from confirmation of order.
- Goods are delivered Monday – Friday.
Shipping across the ditch, to Australia
- Shipping to all parts of Australia, including P O Boxes and rural locations are charged a flat rate of $17.50 (NZD)
- Orders over $250 (NZD) are automatically given free freight.
- You will be emailed an order confirmation immediately after placing your order online.
- Orders are sent within three working days using NZ Post on a 3-10 day service.
- You will be emailed a shipping notification the day that your order has been dispatched.
- Packages are sent on a non-tracked, non-insured delivery service. If you have special instructions for delivery (or where to leave) please leave us notes in the order comments when checking out.
- If you require an express courier, tracked service or insurance, please contact us for a quote.
- Please note, Lovelee Soles are not liable for any customs or import duties that could arise
We want you to love your Lovelee Soles, so if you aren’t happy with your purchase, we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Returns are processed on Fridays.
- Shoes must be unworn and in original condition.

- Return postage is covered by you, but you won’t be charged for shipping again to exchange your order for a different style or size.
- If we cannot provide you with an exchange due to stock levels you will be automatically issued with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment.
- We are unable to accept returned sandals which have been worn or damaged after purchase, so please try your Lovelee Soles on inside on a carpeted surface when you initially receive them.
