SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Free tracked shipping for all orders over $85. $5 shipping under $85
- Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days from confirmation of order
- Goods are delivered Monday – Friday
- Please note we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes as we use a Courier service
- Shipping to all parts of Australia, including P.O. Boxes and rural locations are charged a flat rate of $10 (NZD) - this is an untracked service & takes up to 3-10 days from despatch
- Packages are sent on a non-tracked, non-insured delivery service and take up to 3-10 days from being despatched. If you have special instructions for delivery (or where to leave) please leave us notes in the order comments when checking out.
- Please note, Lovelee Soles are not liable for any customs or import duties that could arise
Please choose carefully no returns/exchanges on sale or reduced priced items.
We want you to love your Lovelee Soles purchases, so if you aren’t happy with your purchase, we will happily offer you an exchange or refund on full priced items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Returns are processed on Fridays.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.

- Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
- Return postage is covered by you, but you won’t be charged for shipping again to exchange your order for a different style or size.
- If we cannot provide you with an exchange due to stock levels you will be automatically issued with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment.
- We are unable to accept returned items which have been worn or damaged after purchase, so please try your Lovelee Soles on inside on a carpeted surface when you initially receive them.
